I have 7 years of customer service experience. I was part of a 2 BPO companies which handled US clients. I was tasked to answer incoming calls in a timely manner and do outbound calls for follow up. I also did data entry when the queue allows.

I was hired as a Customer Support for a one month project by a US Realtor, my tasks was to handle inbound inquiries for his company's apartment ads and communicate with possible clients through phone and email.

I was a Virtual Assistant Intern for 3 months under Be Awesome Virtual Solutions. Skills I learned included Branding, Planning your VA Business, Creating and Managing WordPress websites using Thrive Themes and Divi, Social Media Management, taking online courses in Coursera to level up our skills and a lot more.
