As a quick overview - I’ve been in the account and project management space for over 10 years now, having handled several high-tier clients over the course of my career.
Most recently, I served as the Creative Account and Project Manager for a Singaporean creative agency where I handled a total of 10 client projects in parallel, along with internal resourcing, financial forecasts, and resource management.
Prior to this, I was the Director of Digital for a digital marketing company based in Atlanta, USA where I had pretty much the same responsibilities - though I was leading my own department in that role. My main tasks typically include overseeing a network of outsourced talent, coordinating with multiple clients and team members, as well as ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
I spent my career working in various project and client relationship management roles. Most of the projects I've handled involve website and web app design and development (from conceptualization & prototyping all the way through to deployment and testing), launching and monitoring marketing campaigns through various PPC platforms, market research and communication strategies (which is one of my key strengths), and working with creatives (from designers to video editors) to ensure that all creative content the agency produces are aligned with the client's overall brand and communication strategy.
I started my career by working with various local ad agencies in the Philippines where I handled clients such as Coca-Cola, Unilever, Heinz, and other brands from the F&B and Telco industries.
