Working as a freelancer is quite challenging since I'am working remotely but very fulfilling also knowing that I can do task with minimal supervision. I worked as care specialist for an internet provider at the same time as part of the technical team, dealing with customers with lots of issues with their provider or with the service is somehow stressful but more challenging especially if the call ends well and the customer is satisfied with it. Multitasking is one of my skills meaning dealing with concern, looking for an appropriate solutions at the same time putting everything documented.

Appointment setting need to be persuasive and sounds more convincing over the phone.Getting the right person to talk to is a big challenge since you need to pass all the gatekeepers of the company and its also my skill to be patient until I reach the right person for the call.

Lead Generation need more admin task and working for this field for a long time I can consider myself a skilled person when it comes to lead generation.

Multitasking and using different different tools at the same time dealing with with different customers are my skills that can fit to any job opportunity.
