I've been in customer support for 6 years now and been dealing with customers mostly from the US. I had experience dealing and talking to Australian customers as well. I was recently promoted as a Senior Quality Evaluator in my current company and been looking for a part time job since I am a single mom with 2 kids, I can only depend nobody but myself. 

I am a problem solver and has patience and understanding. I am a result driven person in which i want to finish all the tasks assigned to me after shift. I do have a basic knowledge in MS Excel and Outlook, can create emails, schedules in calendar and also has typing skills of 45 wpm. I can work without supervision and with integrity. Determined individual the best word can describes me since I am more than willing to take any challenges the best I can deliver. I am open for coaching and training for me to be more knowledgeable on the tasks that will be assigned to me. I had an experience in copywriting and I also have a stable internet connection with a speed of 50mbps.
