My name is Ellen, 29 years old from Belgium. For the last four years, I have been working in customer care as a guest-relations representative.

I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and I am very empathic, which is needed for handling complaints and solving problems to make sure we meet and exceed the client's needs. My goal is always to create happy and loyal customers. 

I am used to unforseen situations and working under pressure while staying professional and friendly.

I am trained to handle emergency situations where i have to think and act fast in order to issues any problem swiftly.

As i said before i am from Belgium , so i speak fluent Dutch/Flemish, English and French. I can also handle myself in basic german.
