Iam a working mom for 7 years now. I have 2 kids the eldest is 8 years old and the youngest is just 3 months old. I lived with my parents cause i dont have my own house yet. Iam supporting my family in paying the bills. I'am the second to the eldest among 4 siblings.I've been in the BPO industry for almost 6 years now. And, currently i'am working as a technical support representative in one of the most biggest internet provider in australia. I've been with them for almost 2 years now. As a technical support we are helping our customer in fixing their internet service as well as their phone line.
