I love working as a Customer Support via chat and email or any Non-voice services and always enjoy communicating personally with clients.

My expertise also includes using Photoshop, Magento platform, FTW (for transcribing), and others. I can easily adapt on new things so I can say that I can use new platforms that will be taught to me.
