I am Elizabeth Villapando a graduate with degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management.
I am hardworking and always dedicated with my work to contribute success in the team/company. I worked as Social Media Content Moderator in a retail company, to give an insights about my previous jobs, as a social media content moderator my task was to take picture and videos and put it on social media calendar/google sheet. Additionally, I am responsible for scheduling post on Facebook and Instagram, creating captions, documenting customers information to our database and answer inquiries about the products of the company. Working with this Industry has developed my skills in data entry, email management, Microsoft office and Excel.
Moreover, I also worked in a BPO company for 1 year and 4 months as a customer service representative. I handled healthcare accounts where I answers inbound phone calls, resolve clients inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Working with BPO industry has developed my skills in communication, problem solving, active listening, empathy, technical skills and providing excellent customer service.
