I have a master's degree in Communication Management with an emphasis in Adult Learning, and I specialize in developing elearning on topics including C-Suite leadership, technical processes, compliance, and nutrition and wellness. I utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as Articulate Storyline to create engaging training that inspire behavior change. I enjoy taking complex information and turning it into easy, actionable steps. I utilize surveys and data to evaluate training needs and training effectiveness and use feedback to continuously improve.

As a Project Manager I am detail-oriented and excel at communicating with multiple teams and individuals to execute projects effectively and within deadline. I specialize in projects that focus on internals and consumer-facing marketing, recruiting, and human resources.
