My main functions are Create/Update Geography Data information on a special DB,
perform quality checks, process audits, resource management and create
documentation (as Standard Operating Procedure, Work Instructions and Training
Material also Tracking, graphics and reports in Excel, to name a few).
I was in charge of a team of 15 members as a Project Responsible, doing the project
planning,in constant communication with stakeholders, managing various projects
simultaneously, performing quality audits, mentoring and training the team. AS a
team we get the recognition of "All Stars Team" and individually the recognition of
"Win Together".
As well I have being participating actively on different training as Withe Belt
Certification, 8D, etc. and initiatives of Give Back to the community, Inclusion &

Worked as a Costumer Service Representative on Aeromexico and Sprint/Nextel, my
main functions was to answer inbound calls giving professional customer support,
answering queries, explain bills, give technical support, while keeping records of

Part of my functions was selling, during the call my job was to identify possible
customer needs and offer solutions and services that will help them.
