My proficiency in utilizing Zoho CRM and Slack ensured smooth communication and efficient operations.
As an HR Assistant, I was involved in scheduling and conducting interviews and meetings, filing and collecting confidential documents, and providing excellent customer service through WhatsApp and face-to-face interactions.
