I was a customer representative agent for more than 2 years. I was assigned to retail or sales, but base on my experience on the account that I was in we take almost everything with our skill. We handle fraud, shipments, unknown charges, logistics and complains. That is why I'm kinda familiar with a bit of things when it comes to products and shipments.
