Eliseo Anastacio Espallardo Jr

My name is Eliseo Anastacio C. Espallardo Jr. I've been working in the BPO for the last 2 years now. Working in the BPO gave me a chance to handle both Business to consumers and Business to Business accounts. I was able to perform well on the accounts I handle because of the right attitude toward work. First is that I'm a multi-tasker. Being multi-tasker is beneficial for the client because we can do multiple things at once during the same hours of work which will improve the overall productivity. The second is that I'm tech-savvy. I always use a computer in line with my work and understanding the hardware and software of a computer unit is a big help in performing my job. Third is that I love to learn new things. Learning is a constant in whatever job we're doing. I make an effort to be up to date on the new technology or new business process to be more efficient in my job.
