Multitasking skills - my duties range from:
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
- Business and Personal life maintenance tasks;
- Managing diaries and organizing meeting, appointments, meeting notes;
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and emails
- Managing databases and filing systems; implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems;
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients;
- Collating and filing expenses;
- Creating, maintaining and implementing relationships with press and business insiders;
- Supporting marketing/management activities;
- Identifying new opportunities related to the client and to the brand;
- Booking and arranging travels, visas, ground transportations, accommodations, purchasing tickets (of all kinds), rental cars, jet, restaurants, appointments, meetings and, generally, all that is required;
