I started my career in the Business Process Outsourcing industry in 2013 as a billing and technical specialist. In 2016, I moved up and became a Quality Assurance Coordinator where I directly reported to the client, conducted QA talks and generated reports on a daily basis via Microsoft Excel. In the same year, I became a Project Manager handling EMEA and Asia Pacific regions and handled a small team of 3. The year after, I pursued the Client Support Specialist role where I supported sales partners in the US and handled large projects as well. I became the first ever NPS (Net Promoter Score) superstar when it launched in 2018.
Year 2019 was a leap of faith for me. I decided to work remotely as a Virtual Assistant for a Real Estate agency based in the US. I am also a certified Social Media Manager as of March 2019.
