I was a Customer Care Specialist in a telecommunication firm, those years, I was able to multitask from a front liner, cashier and inventory custodian and also trained newly-hired employees and being a CSR, my patience was tested and I was able to pass it handling different kinds of people especially the irate ones and how to pacify them. I’m the type of person that a simple appreciation or gratitude to my service is enough to make me motivated and continue what I’m doing and before, I had my part-time job (agency-hired) as customer relations assistant in a private company wherein primary task is to talk to newly-installed landline and internet connections, if they are satisfied with the services or experience any problems as well as upsell additional products and in between.

I'm a newbie in this industry for a home base online job but I’m computer literate. Honestly, not an expert but I’m willing to be trained, learn all the tasks needed to be able to satisfy and meet your expectations. A trustworthy and reliable person you can count on. Friendly and warmth as I can be. Likes to converse with fun. Good/average level in oral skills but confident in written skills.

I've also completed an online training about Social Media Management with a certificate.
