Since 2010 I have enthusiastically developed dozens of projects, including those above,
within the company or on my behalf.
I take care of developing each project from scratch, by following these steps:
- analysis of the starting situation and of any variables involved;
- UI design, UX study and graphic components preparation;
- source code development using Xcode with Objective-C language and using Android
Studio with Java language;
- development, when necessary, of a supporting database;
- connection, when necessary, to any server-side API component;
- manual debugging of the built platforms, both in single and in team.
The apps Veicolo Italia and Vehicle UK give users information about a vehicle starting from
the plate number, aggregating results obtained from the web. With an average of 200.000
queries a day it has been necessary to build a solid API that takes advantage of safe
protocols and developed keeping in mind the REST model. Data from any query is saved in a
MySQL database for any further analysis and for service enhancements.
QL Station, instead, is an app installed on the devices used by production operators in a
warehouse that handle some phases of processing of automotive products. The app allows
to collect data, which are then used, analysed and enriched through the web portal used in
the offices. With an average of about- pieces in transit every year, every piece
moved and worked is traced, each container registered by QR code and traced each internal
processing.
With Excemed we developed multiple apps for recurring medical conferences displaying the
programme and the speakers, as well as supplying downloadable materials such as video
and papers. The apps are also provide real-time notifications to inform the users of imminent
events.
During projects development I coordinated and managed teams of two to five people,
organising times, needs and work plans.
