I have worked in a call center / BPO industry for more than 10 years now. I've handled both inbound and outbound sales campaigns for US and AUSTRALIAN accounts.
Campaigns like selling office supplies, pharmaceuticals , hotel packages and mostly Telco ( telstra , optus , dodo and tpg ) . I also catered to both consumers and businesses. With selling I was tasked to do several scripts to use for effective sales and I may say I am good at handling objections and appropriate rebuttals during a sales pitch. I also attended several trainings for sales techniques , product knowledge, Australian geography and culture among others. I have been into Customer service jobs answering enquiries, complaints and requests for existing customers and clients for products and services.
I gained an excellent evaluation from customers most of the times too (Voice Of the Customer or VOC ) ,
I had an experience also in doing Quality monitoring and as an Assistant trainer also for an Australian campaign.
