Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
to ensure timely delivery of baked goods.
Implement a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system for ingredient rotation.
Monitor ingredient and packaging supplies, placing orders to maintain sufficient inventory levels
while minimizing waste.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our baked goods meet our standards for taste,
appearance, and freshness.
Work closely with the baking, packaging, and delivery teams to ensure seamless production flow,
adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes.
Assist in cost control efforts by optimizing ingredient usage, minimizing wastage, and adhering to
budget constraints.
