I am an accomplished operations and event manager, a startup program development specialist, as well as seed seed-stage startup coach and mentor. My day-to-day work includes fully owning reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization on marketing performance, as well as managing the execution of marketing programs and campaigns to ensure they are completed with a high degree of quality, on time, and within budget, while creating SOPs for existing repeatable processes and identifying inefficiencies where we can automate, delegate, or eliminate.

For over 5 years now, I’ve been closely working with seed-stage startups to support them on operations management, budgeting, and strategic development. Over the past few years, I've also dedicated myself to inspiring young people to embrace creativity, innovation, and continuous learning through various initiatives.

My experience extends to global platforms like Ticket Tailor, which I used to manage the ticketing and registration workflow for one of the top SEO events. I've also been invited to speak at local events, where I enjoy sharing insights and guiding the younger generation.

I've established myself as a dynamic leader, successfully balancing a thriving career with a commitment to community. As a startup program development manager, I worked with a dozen experts to create an educational program that will cater to the early and growth stage startups to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
