I maintained great relationships with various distributors. IPSEN Area Manager July 2006 - December 2008 I managed the supply of pharmaceutical products under Ipsen in Southern Metro Manila. Their primary product was the botulinum toxin called Dysport. I coordinated well with various physicians regarding the supply of products. I introduced the product to around 50 new physicians who eventually ordered regularly from the company. MISTER DONUT Area Manager and Key Accounts Manager June 2009 - March 2016 I initially managed the supply of Mister Donut products in Southern Metro Manila and Cavite to various franchisees. I have created and maintained great relationships with all the franchisees in the area. We made the improvements with the supply, quality and the promotion of the products and the look of every shop. While I was still an Area Manager, we began coordinating with All Day Convenience Stores, which was formerly the Finds Convenience Stores, to supply our products there. We became successful in coordinating with them and eventually supplied our products to their shops. Their shops should be under Key Accounts but I was the one who initially managed them since the owner of the shops is also one of our franchisees, the Villar family. I eventually became a Key Accounts Manager and managed the supply of donuts to accounts such as 7-11, SM Cinema, All Day Convenience Stores, and Philippine Petroleum shops. I have maintained amicable partnerships with these accounts and even had high selling promotions with them. Our team made it a point to conduct surveys regarding the products that the customers would like to buy in our shops. In line with this, we conducted in-depth surveys of the customers. This allowed us to make donuts that had fillings and delicious spreads on top that the customers have always wanted. Since most of the 7-11 shops are near offices, we worked on creating products that the customers wanted. We came up with donut products that have glazings of chocolate and coffee that also had chocolate, coffee, and Bavarian fillings which have been selling well for the accounts as these products are still being offered by various key accounts like 7-11 up to the present. They are now supplying the coffee donuts to the regular company-owned and franchised shops. We also coordinated with the accounts regarding the showcase display they would like to have in their shops. During the time I managed 7-11, they were undergoing a new shop look that has earth tones. We made it a point to create a display that will fit their fresh look. I even created a project called Project Encoders wherein we hired two encoders, one for each mega plant that serves northern and southern Metro Manila, to encode the deliveries and returns of every shop so we will know what products sell in every shop and create forecasts according to this information. It is highly likely that every shop sells differently compared to the others. This allowed us to provide the products that every shop can sell, minimize the returns, so we can increase the sales of every shop and the revenue of the Key Accounts Department by approximately 30%.
