Hello, I am Elaiza Mae Edar, a graduate of secondary education, a licensed professional teacher, and currently residing in the Philippines. I have worked before as a customer service representative for about 5 months in an inbound campaign where we answered calls from different customers and helped them resolve their issues with regards to their order. Aside from an inbound campaign, I also have experience working on an outbound campaign for a year. What we do is offer our customers' auto, home, and health insurance and set an appointment for them to talk to our licensed insurance representative. I have work experience when it comes to data entry. I worked for about 4 months at a bookkeeping firm as an assistant data encoder where we used Quickbook. I helped with making cheques and receipts for the clients' expenses, and I also did bank reconciliation. I really am the type of person who wants everything to be organized when it comes to work. I always make sure that everything is done accordingly and precisely. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I am also knowledgeable enough when it comes to computer literacy. Working for you would really be a great pleasure for me.
