I worked in both the aviation and finance industry wherein I've gained skills that helped me build long-term relationships with clients. I was assigned in check-in counter, boarding gates and arrival wherein it requires to be organized, attention to detail, discipline on time and effective communication. My second work experience also requires me to perform a range of administrative tasks including typing, filing, scheduling, handling hundreds of accounts, input and update customer information on systems, doing inbound calls, responding to complaints, and even selling the company's products and
services. These enabled me to develop my administration and customer service skills and now I am eager to utilize these experiences to add value to companies as an executive assistant.
