Elaine F. Mojares

Hi, I am Elaine Mojares. I have been in the BPO industry and customer service for almost 10yrs now. I started in 2015 when I was just 19yrs old.

I can say that I can communicate proficiently in the English language as this has been my bread and butter for the longest time.

I started working in Convergys (now Concentrix) in 2015 as a Customer Service/Sales Representative for 2yrs (AT&T account), then got promoted as a Transition Sales/Support Specialist in December of 2017. I held that role for almost 3yrs until I resigned in February 2020 to pursue better opportunities.

I am currently working with PayPal as a Customer Solutions Teammate. I have been in this company for 5yrs now- handling phone, chat, and email contacts. The pay and the culture is great, but due to the recent changes with the work set-up, I am now looking for a company that offers permanent WFH.

I am a guaranteed fast-learner, with keen attention to details, and looking for a company who would trust in my abilities.
