I am a young professional who has been working hard to develop a strong personality and produce good outcomes at work.

To give you a little background, I was a travel agent before, and we are using Sabre. We are handling ticketing, refunds, and calling clients regarding their concerns or other needs. I believe that when you are in an industry that focuses on travellers as clients, Our responsibility does not end with booking their ticket and arranging good accommodations. We should strive to produce a wonderful outcome wherein our client will decide to go back to our agency or services.

I was also a paralegal VA. This is more on handling court documents, email management, and task management, which will be given by different lawyers and my own boss. If you will ask me, why I suddenly shifted into this work, I am not afraid to grow and broaden my knowledge to be more competitive in the market. Don't be scared of changes and sudden shifts; from then on, we will be able to expand our capabilities.
