Having gained valuable experience as a Customer Support Specialist across various channels (chat, phone, email) and as a Sales Support Specialist in a physical store for different brands within a major retail company, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Additionally, my background as an occupational therapist has further honed my empathy, active listening, adaptability, and patience—skills that are essential in understanding and addressing individual needs. In both roles, I focus on delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences, whether online or in-person. This experience has sharpened my ability to handle high-pressure situations, address diverse customer needs, and collaborate effectively with teams.
