I've been in bpo industry for 9 years now and all of the accounts I've handled were international accounts. Most of the task given to me was to deliver an excellent customer service, explain the bills properly, provide the details of the package that they have, and to discuss the security measures that the company doing on their account.
Also the other services I've handled was to process order and as well troubleshoot on the services they have issues for example on their internet.
I've been doing admin task as well by making a follow up call on the tickets that need to be worked on either by calling the client or send them an email directly to make sure all their concerns were properly handled.
Right now my task is too check all the patients if they were booked properly and seen by the doctor in time, also I've been processing order and send message to the technician to go to specific places to fix the equipment that the customers complaining too.
