in effectively managing staff and patients. I am a highly skilled, goal driven professional, passionate about
delivering quality healthcare to patients and the necessary leadership skills to inspire other staff members to

In my role as Unit Leader at National Renal Care it was expected of me to manage the largest dialysis centre

basis with regards to patient stats and treatment outcomes. I was also responsible for maintaining the Unit
budget. Staff scheduling and liaising with the Nephrologist with regards to patient treatment outcomes and
planning the best treatment plan for every patient by interpreting their blood results and physical condition.
I also have experience in Hemodialysis as a floor practitioner and mentor. Providing Hemodialysis to patients

nursing staff in optimal dialysis practices and cannulation techniques.
I have 8 years Emergency Nursing experience. Providing Emergency Medical treatment to patients in the
Emergency Centre where I had to think on my feet and work well in a team and also independently.
I have the ability to create strong trusting relationships with service providers and doctors. In short: I am a
client focused Professional Nurse with 16+ years of providing nursing care to those in need. Solid
understanding of the importance of loyalty, trustworthiness, reliability and empathy.
Sincerely,
