Eiad Elgybaly

I am a dedicated legal researcher and corporate law professional with a strong academic and practical background in commercial and business law. I graduated from the English section of the Faculty of Law at Alexandria University, where I developed a solid foundation in legal analysis, research methodologies, and international legal terminology.

Through my professional experience, I have worked extensively on corporate and commercial matters, particularly in company formation, intellectual property protection, and contract drafting. I have assisted in the incorporation and legal structuring of more than 35 companies before the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, helping both local and international clients establish their businesses in compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations.

My work also includes conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and assisting clients with intellectual property procedures such as trademark registration and protection strategies. I regularly deal with foreign investors and international clients who seek to enter the Egyptian market, which has strengthened my ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively in English.

As a legal freelancer, I focus on delivering precise, well-structured, and reliable legal work. My services include legal research, contract drafting, corporate documentation, legal analysis, and preparation of legal memoranda.
