Over 8+ years of experience as both residential & commercial Real Estate appraiser. Seeking to leverage my Real Estate Appraisal expertise in the role of a AIC Appraiser. Strong knowledge of all appraisal techniques with a good understanding of the CUSPAP appraisal guidelines and AIC first principles of value. Graduated with a B.Science in Civil Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, and an EMBA from Iran University of Science and Technology. Currently enrolled in the AIC-PGCV program at UBC Sauder School of Business.
