Hi, I’m a backend developer with experience in both Java (Spring Boot) and .NET Core, and I genuinely enjoy solving problems through code. Over the last few years, I’ve worked on building financial systems, integrating with third-party APIs, optimizing SQL performance, and deploying cloud-native applications that real people use every day.
I’m the kind of developer who likes understanding not just how things work under the hood, but also why we’re building them. I don’t just want to push features—I want to know the problem we’re solving and how the user is affected. That mindset has helped me work more collaboratively with teams across product, QA, and DevOps, and it keeps me focused on building things that are clean, efficient, and useful.
Technically, I’m most at home building REST APIs, microservices, and messaging systems. I’ve worked with tools like Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins, and I’m comfortable managing relational databases, writing stored procedures, and tuning SQL for performance. One of my favorite wins was optimizing a slow-running query from 82 seconds to under a second—something small, but it made a huge difference in production.
I’ve also been part of projects where we integrated core banking systems, handled mandate services for direct debit processing, and built onboarding/KYC flows that helped grow merchant adoption significantly. Those kinds of real-world challenges are what keep me motivated—especially when I get to work with a team that values quality code and open communication.
More than anything, I enjoy being part of teams where people are learning, experimenting, and building things they’re proud of. I don’t believe in “just getting it done”—I believe in doing it right, even if it takes a little longer. I’m always trying to grow as a developer and as a teammate.
I’m currently looking for opportunities where I can continue to write solid backend code, learn from others, and contribute to meaningful projects—especially in fintech or any industry that’s solving real-world problems with thoughtful tech
