Working with Arubah Specialist Hospital as a Customer Service Representative for two years has greatly improved my ability to connect with clients. Time management is a crucial part of my approach. I make it a point to arrive 15 minutes before my official start time, allowing me to settle in, organize my tasks, and prepare for the day ahead. At the end of each day, I ensure my desk is clear of any leftover work. My effectiveness has led to several promotions. One notable experience involved calling the Health Management Organization (HMO) to obtain a delivery code that I had been asked to email them. Despite a busy schedule with many clients to attend to, I communicated clearly with the client to request just 20 minutes of their time. They kindly agreed, and I prioritized delivering the code within that timeframe. The client was extremely satisfied and subsequently wrote a memo to my boss thanking me, which ultimately resulted in me being awarded the best staff in my department in 2023. In 2023, after being made the head of the department, I introduced a personalized way of receiving calls from clients by starting with a thank you. For example, when the phone rings, I pick it up and say, "Good morning, thank you for calling Arubah Specialist Hospital. My name is Victtor; how may I help you?" This approach created a positive atmosphere among clients, and I received excellent feedback about my performance, which led to my promotion to a managerial role as Head of Department. Working remotely has made me more independent and goal-oriented. Collaborating with Springboard was a valuable experience; I set alarms to help me remember when to start and stop my work using Clockify and consistently achieved over 25-50% of my targets. I believe these experiences make me a great fit for this job.
