My Experience includes working as E-commerce Officer at Swiss International Hotel The Vistana Lagos, Nigeria where I learnt and mastered the use of Internet resources for publicity, marketing,forecast, planning,budgeting and feedback.

I have vast experience using Global Distribution System, Online Booking and Travel Agency portal, Social Media marketing, Email Campaign among other Internet resource. I have also being trained and certified by different multinational organizations on customer service, sales and marketing, Firefighter, Access and Egress Control.

I bring to table also other experiences as gained from working as a front desk agent, Concierge and Security and Safety Officer. These experiences have helped sharpen my skill on resolving customer's complain, Upselling and Suggestive Selling, Market Segmentation and Market penetration

I am a National Diploma holder in Computer Science from Lagos State Polytechnic Lagos, Nigeria with over Eight years experience experience in hospitality and travel industry, I am diligent, dedicated and hard work individual who believes in team building, honesty and positive contribution to any organization I belong to.
