Eesha Donde

I’m Eesha Donde, a Full-Stack Developer and Founder of Ocufox Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai, India. With over seven years of experience in software development, I specialize in building scalable, efficient, and user-focused digital solutions. My expertise lies in full-stack development, software architecture, and API integration, and I’m passionate about delivering clean, reliable software that solves real-world problems.

At Ocufox Technologies, I’ve led projects end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to designing architectures, developing applications, and overseeing deployment. I actively participate in sprint planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure every solution aligns with business goals. I’ve also mentored junior developers, managed recruitment, and helped shape technical strategy within the company.

Some of the projects I’ve worked on include:

• Kaamyabi – Solar EPC Suite App: A web and mobile platform built for a fintech company entering the green financing space. I gathered requirements, designed the database, and coordinated multi-team development efforts.
• 3ES Fintech App (https://3es.co.in): A LOS/LMS platform for MSME lending. I integrated multiple third-party APIs, built data processing pipelines, and developed risk-analysis algorithms to improve decision-making and reduce turnaround time.
• Car Rental CRM App: Designed the database and workflows to help a car rental agency manage bookings, fulfillments, and invoicing.
• FTMT Conference Website: Developed a CMS-integrated event site with payment gateway functionality using NuxtJs and Strapi.
• Sojo Website (https://sojomarketing.in): Built a responsive marketing website using Nuxt 4 and Tailwind CSS.

Technically, I work with Vue, Nuxt, NestJs, Strapi CMS, Flutter, Django, Java, Postgres, and Firebase. I enjoy combining clean code and thoughtful design to create seamless user experiences and high-performing applications.

I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Computer Applications from Vellore Institute of Technology and hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Ramnarain Ruia College, Mumbai University.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and conversational in Spanish, I enjoy collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds. I take pride in turning ideas into well-engineered products that make an impact — always striving to balance creativity, logic, and precision in every project I take on.
