I have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Political Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing)

I have been in the professional environment for 10 years, gaining experience in customer service, project management, product management, sales and marketing. I have gained expertise in direct marketing, word of mouth, product marketing, affiliate or referral marketing, social media marketing etc. 

As the operations Manager at Waya**,** I exhibited skills such as planning and coordination among team members.

As the business coordinator also at Waya, I organised team bonding programs and with excellent communication skills got the team to collaborate to get work done.

I also developed strategies which were used to ensure growth in consumer base across various African markets

and assisted the tech support team in funds reversal, completion and user profiling using technological tool like MONGO COMPASS DB, TABLE PLUS and POSTMAN. Due to my outstanding work performance and ability to the extra mile to ensure work is done at the highest possible standard, I was awarded employee of the month.

As the senior marketing officer at Africa World Airlines,I developed and embarked on marketing strategies and campaigns which improved the brand image of the airline and devised corporate marketing messaging and advertising which gave the airline an edge over our competitors. I also planned and organised promotional events which expanded the airlines brand recognition and made it the airline of choice for many users and on boarded over 40 corporate organisations and travel agencies which expanded the airlines brand reach.

Before being promoted to senior marketing officer at Africa World, I was a sales supervisor where I developed strategies which aided in increasing sales to enable me exceed my sales target on a monthly bases. I also implemented great team work and excellent communication skills which drove changes and improvements to enhance performance among my team members.
