Edwin Cachin

I’m Edwin Cachin, a highly motivated and adaptable virtual assistant with several years of experience in data entry, customer service, e-commerce, and social media management. I started working remotely in 2020 and have developed a well-rounded skill set that supports both administrative and creative tasks.

From 2020 to 2022, I worked as a product lister for Amazon dropshipping stores. I handled tasks like product research, manual uploading, keyword optimization, and maintaining product descriptions to align with Amazon’s policies. This gave me a strong foundation in e-commerce and attention to detail.

In 2022 to 2023, I took on the role of a Facebook page manager, handling daily posts, comment moderation, and content scheduling for a meme page. I gained experience with Meta tools and learned how to boost engagement while maintaining the brand's tone. Later in 2023 through 2024, I worked as a data entry clerk for an online casino, where I focused on processing personal information and client data via email. The role required confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent typing speed.

I also have experience with content moderation and Reddit community engagement, as well as TikTok and Discord content support. My exposure to online communities has taught me how to handle user interaction, manage potential conflicts, and keep digital spaces clean and positive.
