I started off my career as a Classroom Teacher where I practiced my profession.
After a year, I joined Government sector then, as Administrative Assistant and Legal Researcher, basically I do research, clerical and secretarial functions. I was able to acknowledge my communication skills as I was a front liner in representing my boss into any speaking engagement.
Also, I was a Customer Service Representative in a BPO Company. We handled inbound calls from a Leading Telecommunications Company in Australia. Personally, It gains a lot of self-confidence and resourcefulness. I was able to practice my costumer service skills. I was able to inter act, address and a find solution to every call.
Lately, my contract has finished overseas as Secretary cum Document Controller in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a year and a half. I was able to reach my goals and all the assigned tasked given to me by my immediate supervisor. Also, I was able to apply basic tool and high standard of knowledge.
