DESIGN PROJECTS COMPLETED/ RESEARCHES Mixed Use development in Aseana City, Pasay City We design a mixed use development in Aseana City and study the feasibility of the site to build this city. We design this City based on Mix Use of zoning and classification of the site where we carefully design the traffic flow of the vihicles to promote the fast development of the city. I am a member of this group and I provide the digital visual aids and make the walk through of the project and I also help to design the plan of the urban city. MIMAROPA Regional Government Center The MIMAROPA Regional Government Center is my Proposed Undergraduate Thesis. This project houses the regional offices of MIMAROPA Region. My proposal is about designing the government center by using tropical design as my design solution for the high maintenance cost of the building, and I used Filipino Architecture to my design concept to promote our culture and to emphasize the culture of the province of Calapan City. Bellemar Lifestyle Center Bellemar Lifestyle Center is a mixed-use residential and commercial establishment situated on Panglao, Tawala, Bohol. The lifestyle center was commissioned by RPJ Belle Leisure Corporation on Jonathan O. Gan + Associates. This was the first project that I handled at this firm.
