I am a seasoned project management professional with over two decades of experience in both military and civilian sectors. My career began in the United States Navy, where I served with distinction from July 1999 to March 2022. During this time, I held various roles, including Project Manager and Instructor, where I honed my leadership skills and gained extensive experience in managing complex projects, leading teams, and driving strategic initiatives. My military career instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

After transitioning from the Navy, I brought my expertise to the private sector, taking on the role of SkillBridge Intern then hired as a Assistant Project Manager at Miller Electric Company from March 2022 to October 2022. In this capacity, I was responsible for coordinating and managing electrical construction projects, ensuring they were completed on time, within scope, and on budget. My ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, coupled with my technical acumen, enabled me to contribute to the successful execution of multiple high-profile projects.

In October 2022, I joined LightPath Technologies Inc. as a Program Manager and Technical Project Manager. During my tenure, I was instrumental in leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative optical solutions for a variety of industries. My role required a deep understanding of technical project management, product development, and client relationship management. I successfully managed the lifecycle of multiple programs, from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and customer expectations. My time at LightPath further solidified my ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, a passion for innovation, and a drive to achieve results.
