Works as a Collector for the back end team, which collects payments from customers
whose accounts are delinquent for 60-180 days.
District Lead
This is a team initiative position where in I handled a mini team of 5 members,
monitors individual standing of each team member and also monitors the standing of
the mini team. Most importantly, making sure that the team as well as the members
are at par with what the business demands.
Customer Service Representative 3
Works as customer service representative for Wells Fargo Retail Services.
Compliance POC
Sends SOP and Compliance Docks to Team Members in a day to day basis.
Collector 2
Works as a Collector for the front end Team, servicing accounts which are 0- 60 days
delinquent to help avoid accounts from going further delinquent.
Teleperformance –
Case Manager
Manages complaints that requires special handling. Provides thorough investigation and
reasonable resolution to the complaints, and makes sure that the resolution is fair
for the business and the customers.
Mini Team Lead
Handles a mini team of 5 members, provides coaching, monitors individual standing of
each team member and also monitors the standing of the mini team. Most importantly,
making sure that the team as well as the members are at par with what the business
demands.
BIC (Best in Class)
Train, guide and support trainees during their early stage of Nesting. Provides
coaching and monitors agents to address their Areas for Improvements(AFI’s).
Determining attritions thru one to one discussions with each Team Member.
CET (Customer Excellence Team, Escalations Team)
Receives and Resolves concern for escalated and consulted calls from Billing Consultants
POC (Point of Contact)
Takes escalated calls from my team, manages log outs and log ins of each agent, provides
coaching, sends score card, and hourly updates to team members. Makes sure that each
member will hit AHT, NPS and Compliance requirement end of day
Customer Service Representative (Billing Consultant
Handled different concerns for Telstra Consumer.
NCO –
Collector
Collects payment from Capital One Card Holders from accounts that are 0 to 180 days
Of delinquency.
