• Worked on data analytics and data visualization. Utilized Excel, PowerBi and Qlik to clean and
present data that could tell a story. Created and monitored KPIs and control points. Worked closely
with the “Lean” team on different projects.
• Greatest accomplishments:
o Developed the supplier performance metric: A dashboard in which we measured more than
12 supplier’s transit times against their contractual transit times.
o Developed daily and weekly metrics such as: Orders with most aging, orders with no tracking
number, orders with date changes, orders with wrong itinerary.
o Worked in Houston with a new client for a month. We moved more than 200 trucks while
giving them full visibility in a Power BI dashboard.

• Oversaw inventory control for the central distribution center of a company that had more than 20
warehouses in Mexico. Balancing to avoid both overstocks and shortages.
• Greatest accomplishments:
o I took the Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru software training.
o Developed a schedule for imports of solar heaters (#1 product at that time).
Improvement Projects Engineer (Innovación y Mercadotecnia): Part-time Job (24 hours per week)
• Worked on improvement projects for different companies of Grupo Energiko to find savings. One of
the projects for their convenience stores was supplier consolidation.
• Greatest accomplishment:
o Disa’s inventory project, which helped me get my full-time job.
