I have been working on the web since 2010 and have worked with a wide variety of systems on the LAMP and MEAN stacks. I build custom back-end solutions and can bring your provided mark-up to life on the web. I love to provide high quality solutions to my clients, and can even provide project management, if needed.
I am able to provide the following:
Custom LAMP solutions, including fully custom PHP scripts
Integration of completed mark-up into almost any LAMP CMS
Integration of mark-up in Angular or Ember
New APIs or maintenance/enhancements of existing APIs
E-Commerce consulting, deployment, and support
Linux server administration, optimization, and scripting
Vimeo / YouTube and many other integrations
Amazon Web Services (AWS) integration, including S3
Project Management (including SCRUM)
I currently work (or have worked) with the following CMSes and other development tools:
Angular
Node
PHP
Mongo/MYSQL
ExpressionEngine (1, 2 & 3)
MODx (Evolution and Revolution)
Statamic
October CMS
Craft CMS

Laravel
CodeIgniter PHP framework (the foundation of ExpressionEngine)
Twitter Bootstrap
ZURB Foundation

JavaScript / jQuery / AJAX
I am a quick learner.
I specialize in building solutions on the LAMP and MEAN stacks. I have built custom solutions from the ground up using Laravel, CodeIgniter and other PHP frameworks. I can maintain or clean-up legacy PHP / MySQL systems. I have built and maintained custom web-based APIs against which other developers have integrated when building out both web and mobile applications. I am experienced in eCommerce and understand the relevant PCI compliance issues.
When it comes to CMS work, I have done extensive work in ExpressionEngine, Statamic, and MODx. I have also built several sites using other LAMP-based systems - my goal is to always use the tool that best fits the needs of the projects / client. At one point back in 2008, I even built my own CMS, but abandoned that effort shortly after the release of ExpressionEngine 2, which really revolutionized much of my workflow. I continued to support my custom CMS until 2011 when we moved my last client off of it (to ExpressionEngine).
I have built front-end solutions in Ember, AngularJS, Angular 2, and Angular 4. I have built custom HTTP services in both Ember and Angular, and I have provided extensive consultation on Node-based projects.
