I had my first job in Sutherland Global Services and was assigned to Amazon Account as a customer service representative, handling customers who are calling about their order or packages. After a few months, I was transferred to McAfee account as part of Sales and Retention team that handles customers who are calling to get an antivirus protection and customers who want to cancel their subscription, and my goal is to retain those customer by offering them some save attempts like discounts, extension of subscription, etc. Currently, I am looking for an opportunity that includes customer service and virtual assistant tasks.
