I'm a customer service representative with 10 months of experience for Sales and Technical Support Specialist and 15 months being a Online English Tutor also a Customer service Representative for Healthcare Account for 2 Years and 4 months.We handle Prescription Drug and Medical Insurance as well as Website Technical Support Specialist. My duties and responsibilities is to give customer service to all of our clients, give them the best resolution and provide correct information. I am looking forward to be a freelancer but i pride myself on my customer service skills and my ability to resolve what could be the difficult situations. I effectively understand how i can resolve customer concerns. I also have strong communication skills, which help me work well with the costumer, members and clients. I am known for being an effective team member and team leader with a talent of giving and providing presentations. I can work with minimal supervision and i am a fast learner. Most importantly i have an extremely strong work ethic.
