I started working as Auditor of Equity Machineries Incin May 1991, take the CPA board as working student in May 1993 and get the result in August 1993 as Certified Public Accountant. Upon passing the CPA board I was promoted as Assistant Account of Equity Machineries Inc. On December 1993 I was luckily hired as Bookkeeper of Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company. In 1997, I was selected as member of the conversion support team of entire Luzon for the conversion of Metropolitan Bank and Trust and Trust Company from Stand-Alone system to Systematics System. The conversion to Systematics was to start the Company to become online on all its transactions from deposit to withdrawal on all its branches in the entire Philippines including foreign branches. It is also an initial step for the operation of Automated Teller Machine (ATM). After the successful conversion of all Metro bank Branches I was then promoted as Accounting In Charge or Acting Accountant of Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte and Abra Branches of Metro bank until year 2000. As an Accounting In Charge I oversee the accounting system of all the branches under my area (Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte and Abra) from the journal entries generated by the system (Systematics System) to the Financial System on a daily basis. I was also in charge in the compliance of all local regulatory requirements of the Company from licences to BIR payments and other regulatory requirements required by the Local Government. In 2001, I applied for lateral transfer from Internal Control Department to Operations Department and was approved by the top management. On the same year I take the comprehensive training for Operations Officer and after six (6) months of training I successfully passed the Comprehensive Exam and became a Branch Operations Officer. I started as Branch Operations Officer in Vigan Ilocos Sur which I am in charge in the Branch Operations from cash management and loan transactions of the branch. Some time in 2003 I was promoted as Regional Branch Operations Officer and transferred to my home town in Isabela. As a Regional Branch Operations Officer I am the one monitoring the and relieving all Branch Operations Officers for their forced leave and scheduled leave of absences from Gapan Nueva Ecija to Aparri Cagayan. In 2012, I availed of the early retirement benefit of Metropolitan Bank And Trust Company and now employed as Audit Supervisor of a Private Company in Cauayan City Isabela.
