 I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism of Colegio San Agustin – Bacolod with a certificate of Colegio San Agustin’s AHSE (Practical nursing)program. I was an Assistant front office manager at Omni Oceanfront Resort in Hilton Head, was a front desk supervisor of Holiday Inn Express Hilton head island and a front desk shift leader/supervisor in Sonesta resort Hilton head island. I also have a team leader experience in a BPO company that specializes in customer service and technical support with sales in Convergys Bacolod.

I know I can render quality service with passion and dedication. Having a dependable, dynamic, and versatile team player in this company is an asset and that exactly is the type of position I desire for.
