I was a musician, French Horn Player and was a member of an Orchestra until I finished my BS Pre-Med course in College. Took a shift in career, joined the corporate world. I worked as a Project Executive, spear headed organizing of fairs and events for 3 years. Next, I joined a local bank started as an Executive Assistant to the President where I learned to organize files, events and functions for the Presidents and the bank; organized meetings and agenda as well as took down the minutes. From there I moved to different units of a bank until I took my early retirement in July 2016. My last stint in the bank was as a Correspondent Banking Officer. My main function was to liaise all the requirements of the bank with the local and foreign counterparts. Negotiate for the needed services and its corresponding fees, wrote proposal and recommendations for accreditation of money brokers and establishment of credit facilities for desired local and foreign counterparts. These tasks developed my proficiencies in writing correspondences and proposal; preparation of financial spreadsheets, arranged and organized conventions and other events for the Association of Philippine Correspondent Bankers.
