Email Organization
To demonstrate my organizational skills as a Virtual Assistant, I created a custom email
management system using Gmail’s labels and filters. I designed a set of labels such as “Invoices,”
“Client A,” “Meetings,” and “Invoices” to categorize incoming messages by topic and priority. I
then applied Gmail filters to automatically assign these labels based on sender, subject
keywords, or content, for example, any email containing the word “invoice” is automatically
labeled and sorted under “Invoices.” This setup improves inbox clarity, saves time, and ensures
important emails are never missed.
