In my recent roles, I have been in charge of managing and designing employee training and development strategies for Latin American countries, within the framework of digital transformation projects, establishing controls and deliverables to minimize risks and disruptions in the business.

I am a man who loves to explore the world, get to know their communities, live with their customs, get to know remote places and in this process, find a way to support local development, supporting the education of children and working for their well-being, I have always thought that the most empathetic acts of the human being are built from childhood experiences and I want that to be my legacy to the world.
