I am a senior sales enablement and learning development leader with nearly 20 years of experience building the programs, systems, and cultures that make sales teams perform at their best. I have spent my career at the intersection of training, coaching, and strategy, translating complex business goals into practical enablement solutions that drive measurable results.

My background spans the full spectrum of organizational development. From designing onboarding and ramp programs that cut time-to-productivity, to building sales playbooks, coaching frameworks, and customized training curricula, I bring a rare combination of instructional depth and commercial fluency. I understand what salespeople need to win, and I build the infrastructure to get them there.

Over the past decade, I have specialized in tailored coaching and competency-based development programs, working closely with sales leaders to close skill gaps, reinforce methodology adoption, and sustain performance over time. My work is grounded in proven sales frameworks including Command of the Message, Challenger, Sandler, and Selling Through Curiosity, and I bring hands-on experience with the enablement technology stack including CMS platforms, conversation intelligence tools, and sales engagement platforms like Outreach.

At the strategic level, I have led GTM enablement functions, built enablement charters from the ground up, and partnered cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to align learning initiatives with revenue goals. I am experienced in SKO planning, new hire onboarding design, and building scalable programs that grow with the business.
